Dr. Adam Lau was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica and practices dentistry with the happy and fun-loving attitude of the Caribbean culture. You can always find him smiling and laughing with his patients and dental team. Dr. Adam’s compassionate and caring personality will instantly let you know that you are a part of his family. He takes great pride in patient education and will make sure that you are always fully informed about your procedures. He is always open to questions, especially since he may be the first Chinese Jamaican dentist you’ve met!
Dentistry goes hand in hand with facial cosmetics, and Dr. Adam takes pride in more than just a beautiful smile but facial preservation so that his patients can keep the years away from their face to maintain a youthful look. “Prevention is better than a cure.”
Growing up in a third world country, Dr. Adam plays a big part in giving back to the community. He is a part of many organizations such as Florida Mission of Mercy (FLAMOM), Give Kids a Smile (GKAS) and Florida Remote Area Medical (R.A.M), where he treats adults and children in under served areas that cannot afford dental care.
One core value for Dr. Adam is family time, and when he is not in the office, he will be spending time with his wife and 2 sons, Malachi and Maverick. He believes in a healthy lifestyle and tries to stay active by going to the gym, playing sports such as golf and soccer and maybe the occasional marathon.
